Shipping and Returns



Standard Shipping $5.00 and FREE shipping over $50

Standard Shipping is shipped priority mail through USPS. Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days pending credit approval. Once shipped, you should receive your package within 2-5 business days (excluding holidays and weekends). If your order is received after 4pm Central Time, it will be processed the next business day.



If you choose in store pickup when checking out, your order will be ready to pick up by the following business day after 12pm Central Time.




All merchandise, that meets our return requirements below, may be returned within 14 days from DATE OF PURCHASE for an online credit or refund.

  • Items returned must be unwashed, unworn, with original tags attached and free from any damages (makeup, smoke, rips, etc). NO EXCEPTIONS!!! *All sales on SALE/CLEARANCE items are FINAL.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box without damage to the box.
  • ALL SALE/CLEARANCE and JEWELRY are FINAL SALE and are NOT eligible for exchanges.

FREE SHIPPING ORDERS: Are subject to $5.00 shipping fee if customer returns 50% or more of the order or new order total falls below free shipping minimum

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us at IMMEDIATELY so that we can resolve any issues.

Adelaide’s Boutique will NOT be responsible for any shipping charges on a return package. This must be covered by the buyer. We highly suggest that you purchase a tracking code to ensure the return package makes it back to us.

Returns to the Store: YOU MAY return the item(s) you purchased online for a store credit, minus shipping charges.

Exchanges: If you would like a different size or style, we suggest purchasing the items you would like and requesting a full refund for your returned merchandise.

Refunds: Once we receive and approve the return, a refund will be issued to the original payment method associated with the order.  It may take up to 7 to 10 business days for the refund to show up on your bank account/credit card, once we issue you the refund. Shipping is non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund.
